“We created the London Photo Festival in 2011 to showcase up and coming talent and to provide new and emerging photographers with an opportunity to exhibit their work, have it professionally appraised and sell their work to the public.  We will be holding our 5th Festival in October and we hope to continue to grow and promote photographers from around the globe,”  said Emma Mapp and Kit Shah, Co-founders of the London Photo Festival.

The judge this year is Zoe Whishaw, commercial photographer, editor and art director, formerly of Getty Images  http://www.zoewhishaw.com/Bio.html. She will also be doing portfolio reviews.

The London Photo Festival continues to help, support and launch the careers of photographers:

“I joined the London Photo Festival for the first time in October 2012, and then again in May 2013. The London Photo Festival has given me the confidence I was missing to start my own business. I’ve been working freelance since then on a regular basis. If you love photography, whatever your level is, this is something you don’t want to miss! ” said Chiara Gerevasi, exhibiting photographer.
